Puzzles and Nimble Bits

About Puzzlebits

My name is Karen Richards. I was an editor at Games magazine from 1987 to 1990 and have had many puzzle books and magazine articles published since then. I currently work part-time in the financial industry, and have lately been wanting to get some of my creative thoughts “out there.” Abracadabra … this website.

You probably know what a puzzle is. A “nimble” or “nimble bit” is a concept I thought of to describe those things I come up with that aren’t puzzles, but do, hopefully, inspire some thinking (or “nimble-ness” of the mind).

Other things I enjoy: running and biking, being thoughtful about my impact on the world, breakfast (especially at a restaurant), and people who have crazy passions and have fun with them.

  1. Hey! This is terrific. I’m obsessed with the colors puzzle. The painter in me is working on it….
I”ll bookmark this site as a way to avoid actually working. Options are always good.

    I keep thinking about starting a blog….
Just sent you a “New Years” card.
